Golf Course
The 18-hole, 72 par championship golf course designed by renowned architect Chip Powell. Open since May, has received rave reviews! Venetian presents a 6,931 yard course with wide, rolling fairways, challenging bunkers and treacherous traps all with five tee sets to challenge any player. The clubhouse will open in 2006 and will feature a pro shop sports bar pool tables and grille room for casual dining.



Country Club
The planned River Club will feature an elegant dining room with a capacity of 250 seated. The River Club also will offer outside dining for 50, perfect for those who enjoy dining al fresco as well as a full service bar and lounge. The River Club also plans to feature a state-of-the-art fitness center including full aerobics studio, and of course a large heated pool, and tennis courts. The River Club is sure to be the hub of all social activities!

Nature Trails
The planned 70-acre Nature Park is inspired by Venetian's commitment to the environment and will feature a canoe launch allowing residents to unobtrusively observe the wildlife along the tranquil Myakka River. The nature trails and broadwalks will offer informational signage showcasing some of the other "residents" of Venetian you may say along the conservation areas
