Located at 4200 N. Flagler, West Palm Beach Florida. The site is located about a mile south of the Palm Beach inlet on the Intracoastal Waterway and includes about 12 acres along the waterfront.

‘Showboats’ magazine says Palm Beach County is a prime destination hosting one of the major international boat shows every year. The yard will have 147 public boat slips 70 for mega yachts and the rest for smaller yachts and boats.


Rybovich is known for building one to two custom boats a year, typically 55- to 80-footers costing $2.5 to $5.5 million, the company gained attention in recent years for a 42-foot production model dubbed the "Margaritavich," because of collaboration with songwriter and musician Jimmy Buffett.
WCI has recently purchased all the surrounding land around the boat slips from Wayne Huizenga (of ‘Blockbuster’ fame)and will announce in early 2005 details to build shops, restaurants low rise town homes and two high rise condominiums at the site.
