The property management team is available 24 hours a day on site to quickly resolve any problems, which will be a comfort to absentee owners. Housekeeping is also just a phone call away.

Even more restaurants and shopping are just few steps around the corner at the adjacent factory outlet mall. There is a free courtesy shuttle to Disney World which is just one mile away.

The management company will oversee the following for all units in their rental program:

• Financial duties on behalf of unit owners

• Collections and distribution of Home Owners Association expenses for the master and regular associations
